1. Regional Scope & Service Area

Our fulfillment network functions exclusively within the designated geographic boundaries of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

• Local Distribution Focus: We accept orders and coordinate package deliveries strictly to physical residential and commercial addresses within Hong Kong.
• Exclusion of Outside Regions: We do not fulfill international shipments, nor do we process orders directed to addresses outside Hong Kong.
• PO Box Restrictions: Deliveries require physical handoff at the recipient's doorstep. We do not dispatch orders to PO boxes or automated locker stations.

2. Order Processing & Transit Horizons

We maintain a fixed fulfillment timeline so customers can anticipate exact arrival dates without ambiguity.

Processing Schedule

• Order Preparation: We require 1 business day to process, pack, and prepare your items for courier handoff.
• Transit Duration: Local courier transport takes an additional 1 to 2 business days to reach your address.
• Total Delivery Timeframe: You will receive your parcel within 2 to 3 business days from the moment your order confirmation generates.

3. Shipping Costs & Payment Terms

We eliminate hidden checkout markups by integrating all logistics costs directly into our base service model.

1. 1.Zero Shipping Fees: Every order placed on our platform includes complimentary delivery across Hong Kong. We charge no standard freight costs, distance surcharges, or handling fees.
2. 2.Zero Restocking or Return Fees: If a return occurs due to damaged or incorrect items, we absorb all logistics expenses and charge zero restocking fees.
3. 3.Cash on Delivery (COD) Model: We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery framework. You pay the exact order amount in physical cash directly to the courier upon parcel arrival.

4. Order Cancellation Protocol

Customers retain full control over their orders prior to warehouse dispatch.

• Pre-Dispatch Window: You can cancel an order without penalty as long as the items remain inside our facility. Contact our support team immediately if you wish to adjust or cancel a submission.
• Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an item transfers to logistics personnel and enters transit, cancellation becomes unavailable. The courier must complete the delivery attempt at your specified address.

5. Parcel Tracking & Delivery Inspection

Because we utilize direct local couriers across Hong Kong, every step of the delivery process remains accountable.

• Status Notifications: We send electronic notifications updating you when your package moves from warehouse packaging to courier dispatch.
• Doorstep Receival: Upon parcel arrival, we encourage recipients to examine the exterior packaging before providing payment.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your garment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact dress@robeatelierov.com within 30 days to arrange a complimentary pickup and replacement or refund.
